Sex Therapy

Our history, culture, and past experiences all shape how we show up in our most private moments. When intimacy feels like a struggle, it is often because an internal compass has been pulled off course by shame, pain, or simple misunderstanding. In therapy we can recalibrate that compass to find your way back to connection.

I combine specialized clinical training with a deep curiosity about your unique story. Whether you are navigating physical discomfort, low desire, or the echoes of past trauma, we create a safe space to explore what is holding you back.

Sex therapy is about more than just solving a problem; it is about uncovering a version of sexuality that feels authentic, vibrant, and entirely yours.

I help sex therapy clients:

  • Navigate shifts in desire and physicality that come with aging, menopause, medical changes or chronic illness.

  • Explore how race, culture, and the weight of minority stress impact libido and the ability to feel present.

  • Address the frustration of vaginismus, painful intercourse, or erectile concerns.

  • Shed sex-negative beliefs and reclaim your body after sexual trauma or religious wounding.

  • Learn how to advocate for your needs, set boundaries, and talk about sex with confidence and consent.
